Yunhao has an independent after-sales service team. They are available 24/7 throughout the year, providing free technical consultation and support via phone, remote access, and email. 

During the warranty period: This refers to the maintenance and replacement of non-damaged components of the equipment that are unable to operate due to non-human operation. If there is a problem with the equipment, we will respond within 2 hours after receiving the user's written notice, and arrive at the equipment site within 36 hours (excluding transit time), and try to prepare all the necessary components for equipment repair. 

After the warranty period: All hardware, software maintenance, upgrades and technical support will be provided. This service specifically includes electronic mail and telephone support, software system upgrades, as well as our engineers' irregular on-site services. We guarantee that materials and accessories will be supplied at cost price and we will be responsible for maintenance for life.
